Carrot Cake Recipe & Carrot Cake Frosting Recipe
Oil 1¼ -1½ cups.
Sugar 2 cups. (regular)
Eggs 4 large.
Flour 2 cups.
Baking Soda 2 tsp.
Cinnamon 2 tsp.
Salt ½ tsp
Grated Carrots 3 cups well grated.

Carrot Cake Frosting

Oleo 1 stick (bar).
Cream Cheese 18 oz. cream cheese.
Confectioners Sugar 1 box.
Vanilla 2 tsp.
Chopped Nuts 1 cup, chopped.
Blend oil and sugar, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Sift in dry ingredients and add grated carrots. Pour into 13 X 10 pan and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour and 15 min. Cool afterwards.
Frosting:
Cream (well mix) sugar and cream cheese, oleo and add vanilla and nuts. Spread on cool cake
