Southern Style Cocktail Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

Ketchup or plain cocktail sauce

 allow about 1/4 to 1/2 cup per person.

Horse radish

 1-2 tsp (to taste).

Lemon juice

 Season to taste buds.
In a small bowl, add the desired amount of ketchup or cocktail sauce for the number of persons to serve. Add one to two tsp of horse radish, and taste. Add more if you wish to spice it up. Just add to your taste buds liking! Add lemon juice to give it that desired tang. Don't overdo it. Experiment to meet your taste buds likes and dislikes. Only you can be the real judge. Remember, a great cocktail sauce really compliments the seafood.
